I grew up with horses, and when I went horseback riding with my mom, I often heard the saying, “The journey is the destination.”
As a child, that sounded more boring than encouraging to me – but today I understand how valuable that phrase truly is.

We pet owners long for a special bond with our pets. we want them be excited to see us, fit into our daily lives, and feel safe and comfortable with us. I had the same wish when I bought my first dog TIMBER over ten years ago.
Timber has accompanied me on so many journeys – uphill and downhill, sometimes rocky, sometimes slippery, but more often sunny and beautiful. Those journeys we shared strengthened our bond day by day and sometimes without even noticing.

Timber travels with us on vacation, he helps to educate our children, he socializes our new dog and builds a bond with every furry animal that enters our house.
He also faithfully and conscientiously assisted me for eight years as a trained dog in animal-assisted education. In our work, there was nothing more beautiful to us than touching the hearts of people in hospitals, hospices, schools, and youth facilities with light and hope.

Working with animals—especially dogs—is a wonderful journey that teaches you to listen without words and to accept each moment as it comes. It’s not always easy, but it’s always worth trying to enjoy it, learn from each experience, and keep trying to do better every time.
Timber has become our loyal companion and known as the friendliest dog in town. I am convinced that when we enjoy our journey together, we automatically move closer to our goals and we want to help you build a very special bond with your pet too.
